Working with Blind or Visual Impaired

 We have extensive experience  designing fitness programs for individuals with visual disabilities.  We are passionate about empowering people who are blind or have low vision through physical activity.

Youth Fitness Programs

We believe that fitness is for everyone, including kids and teens. Our youth fitness programs teach healthy habits and instill confidence and discipline that will last a lifetime.

Individualized strength workouts, health and fitness coaching, including periodic fitness assessments, nutritional guidance, and accountability. Sessions offered in a fully equipped private studio.

Buddy Training

Personal Training

Alternately to group training, buddy sessions are more individualized. Activities can range from strength and cardio exercises to balance, mobility, and flexibility routines depending on the needs of the client.

Group Training

Group Training

Group strength training, at about half the cost of 1:1, offers a 60 minute training program where you will join up to four other people in studio for a fast paced mix of strength and cardio exercises. Nutritional guidance and stretching are incorporated into the program.

Who We Are

    

Hello my name is Nolan I am the proud co-owner and head trainer at NC Mobility and Fitness, I began my training career in Quincy Mass in 2007, after studying exercise science at the University of Massachusetts in Boston. Throughout my life I have played a variety of sports and have always had a passion for weightlifting. Over time I have come to understand the unique fitness needs of many individuals, and strive to deliver a valued training experience to everyone employing my services. I am very form oriented when it comes to training, and have a focus on injury prevention and post orthopedic rehabilitation. I have worked extensively with clients who seek to continue physical therapy routines as well as those who wish to begin strength training programs.
